BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: CONTRATTO RINNOVATO PER MIRCO MAESTRI

Bruno Reverberi, in accordo con i tre main sponsor del team, ha definito il rinnovo contrattuale di Mirco Maestri, decisione maturata il giorno stesso del suo infortunio per permettere all’atleta e “uomo squadra” un sereno e corretto recupero in una stagione anomala e sfortunata. Il 2021 sarà per Mirco Maestri il sesto anno con il team guidato dalla famiglia Reverberi.

La Bardiani CSF Faizanè e Mirco Maestri saranno insieme anche nel 2021, per la sesta stagione consecutiva. Un rinnovo importante per dare morale e ancor più voglia di riscatto a un atleta e uomo simbolo della squadra che da 5 anni indossa la divisa del #GreenTeam e che nei giorni scorsi è stato vittima di uno sfortunato infortunio.

IL CONTESTO.

Questo martedì 13 luglio Mirco Maestri è stato vittima di una sfortunata caduta in allenamento che gli causa la frattura della scapola destra. Un infortunio occorso proprio a una settimana dal rientro alle corse, dopo il prolungato stop forzato causato dal Covid-19, e che costringerà Mirco Maestri a un ulteriore stop di circa un mese prima di poter tornare ad allenarsi su strada.

Mirco Maestri, rientrato martedì sera stesso da Livigno, si è sottoposto a consulto dell’equipe medica del dottore ed esperto chirurgo Giuseppe Porcellini, che ha scongiurato la necessità di un intervento, ma ha comunque prescritto due settimane di riposo assoluto con tutore, al termine delle quali sarà verificata con ulteriore radiografia la calcificazione ossea. Se tutto procederà per il meglio dal 6 di agosto Mirco Maestri potrà quindi riprendere a pedalare sui rulli in totale sicurezza e avviare l’attività di fisioterapia in piscina presso il centro specializzato “Shoulder Team Srl”. Per poter tornare agli allenamenti su strada si prevede quindi circa un mese di attesa.

IL RINNOVO CONTRATTUALE E LE DICHIARAZIONI.

Nasce in questo contesto la decisione del General Manager Bruno Reverberi in accordo con i tre main sponsor, per far sentire concretamente all’atleta la vicinanza del team in un annata particolare e già sfortunata.

Queste le parole di Bruno Reverberi:

“Mirco Maestri ha dimostrato in questi 5 anni insieme a noi la sua professionalità e attaccamento alla squadra e alla maglia rivelandosi sempre un prezioso uomo squadra. Avrebbe dovuto come tutti gli altri atleti del team conquistarsi le sue chance di correre al Giro d’Italia e il rinnovo contrattuale, ma alla luce di un episodio così sfortunato in una stagione anomala abbiamo deciso tutti insieme per il rinnovo contrattuale immediato per permettergli di recuperare serenamente e con i giusti tempi dal suo infortunio. La decisione è nata spontanea tanto da noi come team che dai tre main sponsor nelle figure di Luca Bardiani (Bardiani), Andrea Ferrari (CSF) e Martino Dal Santo (Faizanè). Siamo sicuri che Mirco ci ripagherà come sempre della fiducia con grinta e dedizione.”

Oltre allo sfortunato e doloroso infortunio un’altalena di emozioni quindi per Mirco Maestri passato dallo sconforto per non poter sfruttare appieno una stagione decisiva per la sua carriera, alla gratitudine verso il team, la famiglia Reverberi ed i suoi sponsor: “In un momento così delicato per la mia stagione” afferma Mirco Maestri “ma anche per la mia carriera, essendo costretto a un mese di stop forzato proprio alla ripartenza, ricevere un simile attestato di stima dai Reverberi e dai nostri sponsor mi ha davvero fatto sentire in una famiglia prima ancora che in una squadra. Sono riusciti a trasmettermi tranquillità per i miei tempi di recupero, una tranquillità che si trasformerà in voglia di riscatto e di dimostrare a posteriori di essermi meritato il rinnovo. BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: CONTRACT RENEWED TO 2021 FOR MIRCO MAESTRI

Bruno Reverberi, in agreement with the three main sponsors of the team, defined the contractual renewal of Mirco Maestri, a decision made on the same day of his injury to allow the rider to have a peaceful and correct recovery in an a difficult and strange season. The 2021 will be the sixth year for Mirco Maestri with the team led by the Reverberi family.

Bardiani CSF Faizanè and Mirco Maestri will ride together in 2021, for the sixth season in a row. An important renewal to give a concrete and symbolic support to an athlete and man that is a symbol of the team, wearing the the #GreenTeam jersey since 5 years ago and recently victim of an unlucky  injury.

THE STORY.

This Tuesday July 13 Mirco Maestri was the victim of an unlucky fall in training which caused him the fracture of his right shoulder blade. An injury that occurred just a week before the back to races after the forced stop caused by Covid-19. This fall will force Mirco Maestri to stop again for about a month before he can go back to training on the road.

Mirco Maestri, who returned from Livigno on Tuesday evening, underwent consultation with the medical team of the doctor and expert surgeon Giuseppe Porcellini, who avoid the need for surgery, but still prescribed two weeks of absolute rest with a tutor, at the end of which bone calcification will be checked with further radiography. If everything goes well from August 6, Mirco Maestri will then be able to continue pedaling on the rollers in total safety and start physiotherapy in the pool at the specialized “Shoulder Team Srl” center. In order to be able to return to road training, a wait of about a month is therefore expected.

In this context, the decision to renew the rider contract taken by the General Manager Bruno Reverberi was born in agreement with the three main sponsors, to make the athlete feel the closeness of the team in a particular and already unfortunate year.
